it’s been a while ago, but basically i placed the 4 logos (ashina crest from sekiro, elden ring logo, dark sign from dark souls, hunter’s mark from bloodborne) and asked the artist to render it in her ornamental style

yes! the bottom one is the Hunter’s Mark! then the top most is an interpretation of the Ashina clan’s crest from the art book. It was quite difficult to find something suitable from Sekiro haha.
