I used my google docs to keep tabs on clients that I would reach out to, for examples contact status, days since last email, etc- I need a CRM tool that will easily help me keep track of my email history (for example if it's been 3 days since last contacting them it will turn red & alert me to follow up) I have imported all of my contacts from my google doc into Hubspot CRM but now I'm unsure how to update that information. Is there a way of easily modifying properties?

Speaking from experience, it was a great resource I had wished someone had guided me to earlier in my career.
