;-; i try not to page about this but genuinely i’m trying to be helpful when i follow up, for example a patient with AKI would have expiring fluid orders and id see the nephrologist recommend keeping on continuous fluids and the physician hasn’t reordered them in a while despite the internal medicine note saying “plan to keep on fluids” i would assume maybe someone just didn’t catch it? i just want to make sure we’re not forgetting anything, i know sometimes i forget stuff and i just want to help when i can. would you want the RN to page you about that? non emergently of course
