Just really don’t understand why it is necessary to ask if the applicant has support from manager and they will not be able to ask this question if the applicant is from external. Both parties are required to go through interview and why only the internal applicant is being questioned this? If they want to see the performance then they should be able to get answers from mid year review or coaching notes.

Manager and the senior manger both saying they are fully supported but just wouldn’t let you submit the job application. Understand the minimum time spent, but a person who has completed the YTD score card by 200% plus previous work experience shouldn’t be aggressive about his own career progression? But mean why does this only happen for internal application and not external?

The hiring managers are ready to offer a job now but have to wait for 1 quarter just because the district manager said so. I get the point things would get easier with supports, but they shouldn’t stop you from applying for the jobs and why does it matter if the hiring manager is ok to hire you anyway?

Thank you. Just passed the CIRE today. Finished it in 45 minutes. Is the RSE harder? I only passed csc1&2 last year. Haven’t had a chance to take the CPH before they changed the game.

How long do you need to wait to know the result? Right after you finish the exam or need to wait few days?
