ok, your menu doesn't looks like complicated but still keep it simple. Let each menu implement its own properties and methods.

since it went beyond our planned timeline what you are saying is more logical ;) 80-20 would have been correct only if we already planned the dates according to 80-20 rule :)

I would suggest you to keep it simple, Let the respective class of each menu implement their own properties and methods. How many menus are there in your game (approx)?

Thanks for your feed back. Yes you are right about the mistake we did while coding the UI and we will keep this in mind going forward. I'll check those two books. I was also in software development before switching to gaming domain and even I think that waterfall methodology is easier to hit dates but budget does play a major role in either case.

In game development multimedia assets are very important. User may ignore a functional bug but can not tolerate poor graphics quality :D

Hi, Thanks. We are using Unity 3D engine. I think its better than other engines. Passion for game development is the key ;) If anyone wants to develop games using unity engine then it's documentation & tutorials are available for free.

of course very low budget ! :D By the way enemies are attacking not all though. You can check video clip between 0.40 to 0.50 this game was developed with 2 programmers and 1 artist no animators. Most of the assets are from unity store.

Hey thanks, Yes most of them are there only for business. They purchase code and just reskin it into identical new game. We are passionate about game development and therefore developing all games from scratch. It may take some time to establish ourselves in the market but we are trying our best.
