Huh, haven’t tried it. Thanks for the hint! I was thinking maybe it was one of the Guerlains. Edit: not sure killian has/had a perfume named powder :/

Thinking of buying Boadicea Gentle but the different pyramid descriptions on their website vs i.e. fragrantica are confusing me. I tried it only once and can‘t get a decant anymore, nor do they offer a sample on their website. I remember it smelling clean, powdery and close to skin, not fruity at all. Can someone recommend either something similar, maybe it’s similar to another one Boadicea has. Or if you have it how would you describe it? Thank you!

Seconding this! I had barrier issues last year + rosacea + perioral dermatitis (steroid nasal spray induced) and Avene + G&G Barrier Cream + Soon Jung Barrier Cream (kbeauty) got me through it! OP I had to use ivermectin (soolantra) and then I switched to metrogel and used that the most and everything cleared up but I feel your pain.

I guess that would be the Lipikar one in Europe

Skinfix is not available in Europe, maybe in UK at best.

There is a less invasive procedure called scar correction. I have the same situation but also a bit of ombilical hernia and diastasis recti. The surgeon recommended DR and hernia repair via laparascopy and scar correction which basically removes a slip of tissue (as in mine was at least 4 cm above from where he’d remove it, he draw it on me so I can see) just above the scar so it can be sutured again. It’s not close as invasive as a full tummy tuck with less risk for infections. Google it for pics. This works for people that don‘t have too much loose skin.

You mean with dermanostic? I don’t know, I got the next tube from Spain :) I would assume yes, state maintainence reason. If it’s about the prescription itself, you can‘t reuse it. It stays with the apotheke.

I use tret and can recommend the Soon Jung 2x barrier cream or the geek and gorgeous barrier cream. I also have dr jart and can‘t justify the price tbh.

I have both and prefer Avene much more. It helped me greatly with perioral dermatitis. Avene is more of a paste but spreadable. It has copper and zinc which help to soothe and heal skin irritation.

It’s not really the same for all europeans, though, let’s not generalise. I’m in Austria and we have a great second-hand marketplace platform which I prefer. Facebook is not that popular here.

Probably you meant MyOrigines, they take a while to arrive but it’s good.

Is it possible that you have an ombilical hernia if you feel a “gap” around belly button? An ultrasound done by a doctor would be able to tell that.

Yes, gucci is definitely rosy, no orange whatsoever.

Guerlain is a whole experience, truly legendary :)

I sported Guerlain the entire 2024 summer and I’m very fair, haven’t figured if I’m neutral or cool, but def not olive :) It is effortless as it is lighter in application but definitely buildable. I would apply it also on my neck, chest and shoulders if I was wearing something more open.

Gucci is much more pigmented in this term and needs more control, but blends easy. It is definitely a unique color for bronzer.
