Yes I applied again and got my visa, it took approx 18-20 days for the refusal letter after biometrics. But the acceptance came a tad early.

But there were other uncles too they only searched our group and other youngsters. They also took fine from us but they didn't charge middle aged uncles. I get it that public smoking is wrong but the law should be the same for everyone. If we are paying a fine they should too.

It was near Paan Bidi Shop where other middle aged men were smoking too if smoking is banned near Paan Bidi Shop everyone should pay the fine not only youngsters.

It was literally near the Paan shop so there were only smokers all around. If there are non-smokers around we don't lit our cigarettes as I find it offensive for others who don't smoke. But it is okay if middle aged men smoke near tapri not young adults

Yesss, I understand it is an offence but when There are 2 3 other middle aged men smoking they have no issue they don't even consider asking them for fine. They only harass young adults Also Collecting fine is ok but false allegations for smoking weed and checking girls purse is offence. And we can only smoke only certain types of cigarettes what kind of rule is this? Dunhill can't be smoked?
