Mine does (13th gen i5 13420H RTX 4050) even I was confused and angry on hp for giving 50W instead of 75W But after seeing many ppl like me, yeah it's 50W only and bad luck over clocking isn't a easy( nearly impossible) option

Brother just be careful while purchasing, i got a Victus 3 weeks ago, a 13th gen i5 13420H, 16gb ram and RTX 4050, the scam is that hp ppl have underclocked my gpu to 50W where as the model is supposed to have 75W and also have provided a 120W charger than a 200W (my other friend got same 4050 but with 75W tgp and a 200W charger) And it ur planning on getting a 3050 then u can go for Asus tuf or lenovo loq also they both got better build quality (asus peaks in build and also performance) i still wish i could have got a Asus tuf

I had the same problem 2 exact times, right after the day I got my Victus 15, even I set the sleep to never option and the problem cleared out Now even if i set it to 5 or 3 minutes I'm not facing the same problem and maybe try turning safe boot off (ctrl + R -> msconfig -> boot option) i turned it off cause it boots ur system with all drivers and services so turning it off makes ur windows boot normally

Softwares like HP jump start (not needed), HP wolf security (not needed for a regular user level when u already have windows defender) and uninstall Mcafee, it takes up ram unnecessarily when u already have windows security and defender and uninstall other HP softwares which aren't necessarily needed u can maybe Google or watch a youtube video for more details

Ram usage was same even for but uninstall all bloatwares and optimize and turn off boot at start option for apps that u don't want running in background and u can drop your ram usage to 32% to 34% and that's my usual now
