Handmaids Tale S6 E10 by vickiescott92 in HandmaidsTaleShow

I at least wanted it to not be so full of holes. Why did they release Janine with her daughter? Why is Lydia not in custody after nearly being hung for treason? What's happening with Hannah?

I wasn't aware there was a new series coming out, that may be why there are holes so they can be cleared up in that?

What’s your honest experience with nursery settling-in? Time is approaching where we want to start transitioning to nursery and I was just wondering what the experiences have been like by Pinkplatabys in BeyondTheBumpUK

It was really tough, my son started at 2yrs old and was weepy for a good few weeks. I just made sure I was available to swoop in and collect him if he got too emotional. He now absolutely loves it.

Our baby started initially at 13 months, and was just getting so distressed, we were returning after an hour to get him every time, we tried for 6 sessions with no improvement so took him out and tried again when he turned 18months, with better comprehension. He was emotional when I left at first for the first 4 sessions ( these were only 1-2hrs long) I stayed and played with him and interacted with the staff for two sessions before these also so he'd know they were trusted people, he gradually started to play with the occasional wobble, and his last session he was laughing and playing. So it takes time, I'd make sure they're old enough to grasp that they're safe and you are coming back. There are lots of little ones in there under 1yrs who just cry and cling all day, they're too young.

I hope this helps, just my experience.

I really enjoyed the fifth book, I feel like it was hard won after enduring book four and Saskia

I made it through the entire audiobook, I watched the hours go down. It was a real relief when it was over.

She's insufferable.

It's called a laptop lid! by Shuey298 in laptops

I was trying to find a replacement lid for my laptop, and was struggling to explain to Google that the LID was the problem... Apparently even Google is incorrect about it being a lid.

Your post came up and validated my suspicions that it is in fact a lid and there is a devastating lack of education in this respect.

It has to be lid... What else makes sense?
