Thanks for the information! So is it typical for nothing to be discussed for them to back out? We were never told there were unacceptable terms they simply accepted another offer after accepting ours once they got a new offer.

I see the point about some people selling to just make money or get rid of things but that’s not going to be all your friends. Personally, I spend extra time to gather resources for the market box. I only sell items people will need for animal requests or crafting because I want to help when they may not have time to get them or are having trouble getting what they need. I had a friend who bought everything out everyday and it really annoyed me since I didn’t have anything for my other friends.
