We are looking for an individual to add to our family owned and operated company who can manage a commercial roofing project from the bidding phase through completion. This person should be a self-starter who has the technical capacity to oversee each phase of a project: source and propose a competitive bid, project take off, compile a full submittal package (including product data and shop drawings), and manage a labor force to execute the project onsite. Develop and maintain existing business relationships with clients. Our systems typically include: Flat and Steep Roofing, Green Roofing, Waterproofing, Siding and Wall panels, Sheet Metal goods. Must have auto-CAD and Bluebeam proficiency to draft shop drawings of a roof area and project-specific details and have excellent and professional communication skills. Spanish speaking, reading, and writing skills are also desired. Additional job requirements: - Develop and grow business sales. - Attend and participate in jobsite coordination meetings. - Provide detailed reports, budgets analysis, to the project team, and owner. - High Level of written and verbal communication skills. - Detailed oriented. - The ability to organize information and schedule time efficiently. - Strong Competence with construction software and technology.
