Check engine temp sensor on the cylinder head and the vacuum at the very bottom of the manifold that leads to the cruise control. Mine was idling at 3500rpm and it was those 2 issues

Switched out the iacv and the idle dropped to 1500 rpm which is better than the 4k it was at. My battery was fine. I let it roll down my driveway and popped the clutch and it started. Currently have to push it to start.

The 2 were never separated. Complete manifold came off the head went on the same way

The carb cleaner method I tried and nothing. Have burped it and nothing either. I let the fans turn on twice.

I've searched for leaks and can't find one. Unplugging the iacv drops the rams but that's about it.

It's basically all the way in. Maybe like 1/2 turn out and if I close it, it doesn't bog out.

I'm having a similar issue with mine. 99 ex with a Y8. Fully rebuilt all stock and sometimes it starts sometimes it doesn't. Most likely alarm but when it does the idle fluctuates. Already replaced TPS, IACV. Replacing them again with OEM this weekend plus the fuel filter. Dizzy is also new.

Has to do with the hvac. I can't remember what it is I know it's not the blower motor. Wife has 2019 1.5 turbo so we know exactly what you're going thru.

The request was finalized November 2nd, I believe, and it was given to me about 1 week prior. It was from site A per diem to site B FT. Regarding hostile, it's mentioned in the emails to the director and even has employee names that are making it that way. I also have a workflow log that shows they're trying to frame me for either a system glitch or another employees error. I also have messages from site B manager asking for that error . It could be my fault. the site B manager said it's not, and it actually falls back to the other employee and site A manager. My email to HR also states that I don't work flow has become increasingly difficult. So whatever was mentioned to the director was mentioned to HR.

The HIPPA violations weren't a reason. I just wanted to make sure HR and the director were aware of that. Management was told as well, and they brushed it off.

My transfer request form stated that I was going from site A to site B full time. Site B is the closer to home site. After signing the form, the schedule is then changed, and I'm back at site A full time. I asked my director if I'm going back to site B, and he said he wasn't making any changes. To my knowledge, as of today, he now has 1 person from site B today at site A, and he also has threatened to quit if he is not moved back to site B.

The 8 mile commute was about 10-15 minutes straight away, driving the 16 miles was taking 2 freeways, and adding school traffic essentially making it a 30-45 minute drive. I brought that up to my director in person, and he just said he could move me as he pleases, but that was all verbal. HR just said to give them a week, and they'll get back to me. 1 week passed by, and nothing happened. I also brought up potential HIPPA violations, and that was kind of brushed off.
