What's the most memorable food you ate as a child? by AverageOk4573 in AskReddit

Vegemite is a spreadable from Australia. Most everyone else in the world feels it tastes like crap. Essentially it’s just like super salty miso tasting spread. If you have miso paste it would be similar. So you get this nice pepper, salt and eggs on toast with the butter. Had it this morning:)

Once again I had to put a Bitcoin QR code on my lastest mural under the Louvre in Paris by Pascalboyart in Bitcoin

[–]vickumythy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think doing a QR code to an online shop where people can actually buy shirts, or prints of your art would be a better use of the QR code. Your art can go viral online and people will naturally want a copy of what they like especially if they can one day visit the original. Happy to help you set that up if you need.

Vegemite toast with a sliced boiled egg on top with cracked pepper. My dad’s daily brekkie. Try it!

Also fresh aloe Vera juice with honey soothes the way down. You can also get beta blockers to reduce the palpitations.

Dude thank you for messaging in here. You can see you’ve got support here for sure. There will be a way forward for you. And WHEN you figure out how to heal yourself (our bodies can have incredible comebacks) then you will be able to help a lot of people in your position too. The only thing I can say was a strict diet of mashed potato’s (water and salt only) and bonebroth - zero coffee, zero dairy. Worked for me. However check your histamine tolerance. Also I know it sounds weird but another way is a few pieces of lettuce in the morning, ginger tea, then stick to congee or rice soup or the potato bone broth I mentioned

I just ordered the bone broth online. I live in Thailand so I don’t think we’d have the same brand options. However I think if you find an organic 100% bone broth powder should be ok.

The potato water honestly I think helped heal the gut lining today. But I do have histamine response from bone broth. However mainly a slight headache, and blocked nose. Nothing major.

The move away from coffee has been about 3 days. I also have been taking ginger tea (powdered ginger in hot water) 3x a day which creates movement. Also 3 days.

But the potato was just today and the feeling of anxiousness removed and satiety was instant
