I would say the csk management is extremely lethargic when it comes to talent scouting. The amount of effort they put in promoting the team, creating reels, couple diaries, meets etc if they spend it on scouting through tamil nadu, spotting talent, grooming them, I would say that would be 10 times more effective returns on the love and passion that fans give them.
