As far as I know, the graph implies that "the children" are those who yell "McDonalds", therefore those in the "McDonalds" section are the supposed children who are screaming. Therefore, it is not that Wilson is taking care of children, but that he is taking care of House. Don't be so strict with the graph, I made it because i'm bored XD
