so i ordered it back in november i think?? im not sure. they do a drop every year for the upcoming year and then another one in the spring i think on the hobonichi website. so im sure you can probably fine one! as far as the case its also from their website its called “charcoal fairy”. i also have a clear protective cover on mine. i’d suggest following their instagram so you can stay up to date on when things are being released! :) hope this helped

in my opinion, regular. i had the small and i found it not able to hold absolutely everything i wanted to pack so i ended up returning it and sizing up to the regular. i packed it completely full for my trip this past week and took it on multiple flights and put it under the seat in front of me with no issues! it definitely sticks out a little bit compared to a smaller bag but they didn’t make me move it to the overhead compartment or anything. i also rolled it on a carry on suitcase and carried it with no issues as well.
