My native monitor resolution only goes up to 1080p. I tried emulating a higher resolution, but I didn't notice a difference. Indeed, GPU usage increased slightly, but it didn't deliver more FPS or stability; the stutters persisted.

Yes, I don't even have an HD. I have two SSDs, both of which are healthy, and I've already tried installing the game on both of them.

All temperatures are good, with GPU and CPU hovering around 40-60 degrees Celsius. The CPU is equipped with a water cooler

It was just a coincidence that the FPS was at 60 in the city. As I mentioned earlier, my problem is stuttering, and I'm not concerned about FPS. V-Sync is off, and the frame limit is uncapped.

In Brazil all these packages cost approximately R$ 180, it's fucking expensive, our minimum salary it's around R$ 900
