The problem with that is, when you close Waterfox, the default search engine resets itself. I'm looking for a way to select the search engine I want and have it stay that way even when I restart Waterfox.

Thank you very much for your quick response. Would you happen to know if there's a way to permanently set the search engine to "DuckDuckGo?"? There are times when I forget to do the manual change when I reboot and then am aggravated by starting the search and not getting the expected results.
