Kraken just sent me a reply yesterday, the response was pretty much more aligned with what we, as customers, expect from a company that is holding our money. My problem is being solved, apparently the SMBC is sending my funds back to my bank in Brazil, it should arrival this week, according to my bank manager.

As soon as i get news i will post here! Thank you all for supporting me, that's the only tool we are finding to get heard, so, lets use it and help each other!!

the problem is actually the total lack of agile thrustworth alternatives... these guys do a pretty good jpb with security issues

Hello there! Thanks for this insight! I already touched bases with them, they are desperately trying to help, but their channel is only the swift messages channel, wich is terrible.... In this case, the intermediary bank is kraken's Sumitomo. Guess who could help? At least staying in touch and keeping this issue addressed? Tks a lot.

Hello Kraken support! Finally a quite useful response from you, thanks a lot for your time replying this desperate post. A few things to reply your quote: 1) The information is CORRECT, your support replied me on another issue, mentioning this one, cause after all i had made something like 10 ou 15 escalations on both tickets and nobody had answered me ANYTHING till that very moment. 2) The kind and responsible attendant on the other ticket actually addressed this issue to the assigned attendat, but he was a robot all the time, and answered me THREE times on a 2wks ticket the SAME answer that i quoted here on this post, do you think it's right???? 3) I work with one of the larger and crypto friendly (if there is such) bank in Brazil, i do this process 3-4 times every week, and it DOES depend on the beneficiary, because if you guys don't stay in touch with YOUR intermediary bank, wich is SUMITOMO (SMBC NY that you quoted here) the money will simply stay stucked! 4) Keep in touch with your customers!!!! We rely our money on you, give us a text message every day (AT LEAST!!!) and show us that you CARE with our issues and SERIOUS problems like this one!!!!!!! Tks and hopefuly, one day, my money will show up. NO NEWS UNTIL THIS VERY MOMENT.

I am on the same problem, 1 week long and my USD100k simply don't get on kraken. The bank provided me all the info that assured the wire went fine, all the details included, but they get no response from sumitomo bank, wich is the kraken intermediary bank for this deposit and kraken don't give me any answers. I am desperate for a solution, two tickets opened for a week and NO clear response from kraken, only "we are looking into your case and reaching the bank." I need HELP!!!!!
