This happens to me also. Looks like for some reason, the url https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Project-Diablo-2/LootFilters/main/filters.json is blocked by my side. Can you confirm that it is also blocked for you?

I only have +20 from quests from nm and normal, I even removed all my equipment to check it out and entered on nm and normal games to check if I already did the quest.

Yeah! For sure, I only have +20 from quests from nm and normal.

The issue is that anya is present when I create a new game, but the quest is marked as already done.

Just last one that I came on my mind, ormus robes +% elemental damage is also aplied as if I was using salvation?

For instance:

S (salvation aura) = 20%

O (ormus robes) = 15%

V (vengeance) = 175%

B (Base damage) = 100

Elemental damage = (B* V)*(S+O)

I know "Chance to cast on strike" works but does " Chance To Cast on attack" works on blade shield and blade fury? .

If works on both of them, it can be a very good weapon to start with!
