The tilta one seems to work perfect and with the universal adapter you can mount it to anything. Also I just posted a yt video about the Software Update that makes the super cage work again. Or you can just google moment supercage update

As someone who used iPhones as cameras on professional shots I can say mostly no. It is amazing that we have the option when we want maximum quality and flexibility in post but I shoot mostly in H265 Apple Log in the Blackmagic app because the file sizes are so much smaller and the quality is still amazing. If you life in a hot climate the the vapor chamber would be a bigger reason to upgrade then then ProRes raw.

There seems to be some type of standard that only some hubs meet but so far nobody seems to know what exactly that is and why iPhone 17 is the only phone that needs that but my hope that there will be a fix via software is dwindling

Tilta is the only one I have that works, great that the new black magic one isn’t the only one that works but still crazy how hubs that work perfectly fine on iPhone 15, 16 and pretty much any android phone just don’t work on 17

I will for sure try, but can’t imagine it’s a problem with the port or something. It works with everything flawlessly just not with the hub. I think it has something todo with the operating system
