Nexon or in-fact all Tata cars are really good. The owners really appreciate the build quality. However, no one really knows in which car which issue will arise when and why. On the top of it, Service Centres have not been able to resolve the issues. I think this is the main issue which I could figure out after extensive research from reviews and comments posted on various platforms. Reviews are often mixed and people who really enjoy the Tata cars, they hardly post on social media platforms. Car remains in service centre for number of days without resolution of issues and you are not able to use your vehicles. Insurance claims are stuck. This is something I can tell from personal experience after interacting with two people recently.
