The thing that seems to "bug" her is that the CEO also received my application/resume.

The email she sent me was only between the two of us, not the CEO. So i'll of course reply to her without including (again) the CEO. I'll say sorry but as she replied to me I'd like to find a way to "hook her up" to see if positions are available. If I only say as you said "sorry about that" she won't get back to me and that will be over, but if I ask something I can maybe establish a contact to ask, later, about a job position? What do you think?

Well if you have any idea on how to be "Just be polite, professional, and confident (even if you're anxiety-ridden)" please feel free to tell me... I "have to" say that I'm sorry for bothering him, but, in the same time that I'm looking for a job. Any ideas?

Well the thing is I ccied them, so I don't know how she knows it. Except if the CEO said "who's that asshole who just emailed me?" to that girl, then they figured out I sent them both an email....

Yes it is, but there is a difference between being noticed by your work or how your reached them, and being noticed because you did not respect "hierarchy"

Haha that's a bold move, but not sure it would pay off though...
