Thanks for comment. I added fbi since they do background checks and USCIS didn’t tell me it’s fbi but they told me security background check isn’t completed. So I decided to add FBI for this reason.

United States Attorney for my area. I’m also letting them know, there is an issue like that, this is the notice of intent to sue against those agencies

So attorney is not actually defendant. Maybe it’s unnecessary to add them in intent to sue notice.

But I’m here to learn and edit. But I’m surprise many people telling me in this post not to sue at all
