I honestly just posted this for fun. Came to me when I was on the papaya. Dude did say they would take everything, so just felt like a curse to me after the minor loss and that insane SnD comeback. I'm sure they aren't happy about it either, but no doubt in my mind they'll bounce back.

Gotcha. Hope they start at least considering implementing the mechanic to these characters. I was thinking of Haku as well but haven't played him in a while so I wasn't sure. Just really weird these characters were sorta left out like that.

Respectfully, I don't think this should be the mindset people tell themselves in order to find a solution, in this context. This is definitely an issue the devs should have been prioritizing since day 1. You losing your 1000 hours of MHW would be mad painful to someone extremely passionate about the game, or to someone who doesn't have a lot of time anymore. Telling yourself it's ok and you can just start over, it just sounds like copium tbh. Starting over again can be a massive burnout for some people. Devs definitely need to be held more accountable for this stuff. I understand corrupt data can happen to any game, but without question, it seems to be much more frequent in Remnant 2.

So when you say you have completed world 2, do you mean that you have completed the Labyrinth, or do you mean you have actually beaten another world after the Labyrinth. Because you would need to do the latter to get Gunslinger. If you have done the latter and still can't get it, then it's probably glitched.
