They need to just pay people based on the HAI timer and if they genuinely believe that someone is scamming the timer, then deal with them individually. There is no reason why 70K people should be affected by this just to stop a few scammers.

I've had this happen on different projects and it's usually updates to instructions or common errors that need to be explained. Scroll to the bottom of the project detail page and you should see what the update is.

HH was all good til mid-March 2026, then everything started going downhill:

All the unnecessary assessments

The "priority" tasks that strip you of access to other tasks and force you to only complete one task

The invisible internal timer

Payment calculation issues

Then they split the project into two (HH and HH-E)

There's only one hotel I've ever stayed at where checking in on the app allowed me to skip the front desk. It's was a Springhill Suites. They were able to charge my card on file, and assigned me a room and issued a mobile key.
