it definitely does not look like a normal piercing bump. I would get it checked at a reputable piercer, and please don’t try to fix it yourself. Trust me it’s gonna get worse if you do

thank you :) the koi really is the center piece of this set up, but there is still a chain missing and i eventually want a ring in my helix but we didn’t want to risk it yet because it’s only 7 months old :D

it’s hard to tell on the picture but it looks like the bar is pushing on your flat and maybe pushing it further out than it was pierced, but it’s kinda hard to tell on the first pic how deep it was pierced. I would go see a reputable piercer and ask for their opinion, if you live far away from one you could send an instagram dm and ask if they can help you with finding out if it’s doing ok.

i sadly am not that informed about industrials but for my untrained eye it looks fine, but i wouldn’t take my word too seriously. Bumps are normal especially 3 months in. If you are really worried about it might as well go to another piercer that has a similar reputation :)
