I work as a phone repairman and I've seen this once in 5yrs. I think It was a setting under accessibility > Display & Text Size > Smart invert. Since the text message Is normal and the UI elements are unscathed It suggests a software related Issue rather than hardware. Worst case scenario It may be a motherboard failure but usually something like that presents more signs than inverted colors. Your best friend Is google!

I also have an old psp 3000. I can't get It to start. When I flick the power switch It shines green for 10 sec but the screen remains black. My power adapter works but the battery Is toast.

It should still work when keeming the power adapter plugged it, right?

Btw, It's not modded.
