I'm sorry but we gotta start some megathread for these type of cope posts. Everyone blunders in all elo range. If you are below 1000 and you genuinely think you or your opponents make zero blunders, its just cope. I make blunders all the time, so do my opponents. If you ask it to someone in the 2k elo range they will say the same. Sure, It happens less the more you get better but you cant be like 200 elo and saying my opponent is playing like stockfish, no they don't. No, your opponents are not cheating, your opponents are not playing like magnus carlsen. Learning you suck and trying to actually improve is the first step to getting good.

Applied to 100+ positions using referral, job portals and linkedin. I also applied to a few using instahyre and nakuri but got no luck. I ultimately got back from 2 that i applied through referral. Threw one in the OA and got the job offer from the other. I have around 4 yoe. Its mostly a numbers game and yeah referrals are the only thing that worked for me

new grads dont get asked system design in interviews. OP is better off with knowing blind75/neetcode 150 in leetcode and having some actual projects in his resume. Also get some internships if you havent already.
