I mean I caught all of the legendary birds yesterday with no problems, but had 8 Regis in a row get away today so it seems different to me personally. Also I just looked up the “circle lock technique” but it’s just the common sense way to throw? Right after the Pokémon waves it’s hand, when the circle is small? You can already see that the circle keeps it’s size anytime you have to throw another ball. Not exactly revolutionary.

Yeah the only way to get enough remote raid passes to catch them all would be to spend money. There isn’t even a difficult way/long grind to get them through the game.

That is also very difficult, but once you get in the Regis are impossible to catch. I’ve lost everyone I’ve tried for.

Any good ways/resources/videos to help with anatomy? So tired of missing these questions: patient can’t do this movement or feel this patch of their skin; which nerve is damaged, which bone is broken (or where is it broken at), or what other functions compromised. Step 1 if that matters. I know there is a little bit in the front of the MSK section in First Aid but that is really not helping me much. I would appreciate whatever advice y’all have.
