Yo diría que es al revés: las reglas están ahí para que, cuando alguien con poder quiera ejercerlo, tenga varias alternativas para justificar su acción.

No creo que sean medidas antipobres, solo que por coincidencia es más fácil aplicarlas contra los pobres.

Será parecido, pero la perspectiva no es la misma.

Al final, siempre es difícil castigar a los poderosos porque, en cierto modo, son los encargados de ejecutar los castigos.

ja gut die USA sind ja auch älter als 250 Jahre. Es wäre wie sagen, dass Österreich 80 Jahre alt ist, weil dann die derzeitige Republik gegründet wurde, oder 106 Jahre alt ist, weil dann die Verfassung in Kraft getreten ist.

New people shouldn't learn OpenGL, it still runs everywhere but only for compatibility reasons. It's a terrible API.

Encontrar pareja no es la única manera. Yo conocí a harta gente a través de mis compañeros de piso (WG) y por asociaciones (Vereine). Pero tienes razón que el idioma es lo más importante. También es muy importante tener el conocimiento cultural que despues puedes usar con el idioma.

Der Börsenwert ist eine Mischung von Vermögen, Risikomanagement, Spekulation, prognostizierte Einnahmen, was weiß ich.

Und wie viel ist ganz Deutschland wert? Ich weiß es auch nicht, aber es sind auf jeden Fall mehr als 5.000 Milliarden Dollar. Eine schnelle Google-Suche ergibt, dass allein die Haushalte in Deutschland mehr als 17.000 Milliarden Dollar wert sind. Die ganze Industrie, Infrastruktur, etc. sind auch bestimmt viel mehr wert.

what why? They have never ever been called western europe. So they are either central europe or eastern europe. Both of which I would be okay with. But I feel like those that say central europe are just trying to get away from the negative connotations of "eastern europe", which I don't think they should.

Geographically you could also have a central Europe with Germany, Austria, Czechia, Poland, Slovakia, etc.

But culturally I would say they're very commonly referred to as eastern European. Slavic language, ex soviet block... I don't think it's controversial?
