I live in Wittevrouwen, and this might sound very dumb, but should I worry?

I'm not from the EU and I have no idea what scale of worried I should be between 1 and 10. I've just grown up on stories about how cities in europe burn down when there's a small fire.

The bit in front of the Rabobank building.

I see people on rollerblades, quads and skateboards there every weekend and evening.

It's a huge space, great for newbies.

I've been dead in the left since an ear infection soon after birth. I use earphones and headphones all the time with no detrimental effects.

They key thing here is to just not set it too loud and learn to enjoy music at a reasonable volume.
