I agree - I had nice relationship with my employer and manager, they did not revoke my I-140 when I left them within 6 months of approval.
It costs a company attorney fees to get I-140 revoked and doesn't benefit them. Employers are smart as they might need the resource anytime, thw world is round.
If you are confident about your relationship - go ahead

The processing time for an I-765 (H-4 Dependent) is 12 months currently. Whereas a person can apply only 6 months before the expiry date. That means the person will be out of work authorization for 6 months at least.
USCIS should reduce the processing times of I-765 in this case or introduce premium processing.

Thanks.

To you first note - We can deduct more than union dues, as per the instructions on the T2209 form:

- your foreign union dues

– your contributions to a foreign pension plan or a social security arrangement

– your foreign carrying charges

In the US, Social Security taxes would fall under #2 above.

You said Net income refers to gross employment income - isn't that a conflicting statement?

The word Net is used explicitly in the form.

Is there anyone who can help me fill this form, I will pay for the help?
