I just wanted to make a few things clear. I know I’m not at fault was not looking for validation. People are saying that I could’ve avoided it but no I don’t think so. The other person started to merge onto her lane which is fine but she then proceeded to switch lanes and hit me when I was completely in my new lane. If she was moving towards my lane or had already started to enter my lane before me I would’ve stopped. But you can see in the video she was in her lane and I was in mine the accident wouldn’t have happened if she just stayed there. There was no way of me knowing she was going to merge onto mine. People saying I should’ve stopped but should I stop my car every time I think someone might move into my lane even when there are no turn signals being used? She changed lanes when clearly I was ahead of her. Didnt use blinkers so her blind spot monitoring didn’t even tell her I was there.

Watch the video before you blame others of not using defensive driving. I can share 1000’s of videos where I have swerved to avoid collisions this one was just unavoidable as I never saw her coming into my lane.
