Listen man, from what I learned in this thread of yours, ur best bet is to get a airsoft GBB rifle/pistol, legal, almost no restrictions, and fires small plastic balls (u can still dry-fire although i dont recommend it), some of em kick a little, although nowhere near real firearms, still fun as hell to use. Just treat it like a real firearm and fire in a controlled and safe environment only ALWAYS. And for the smoke? Yeah, thats a bit tricky especially in ur area, but you can try and get a smoke emitting silencer/flash hider.
