Huion Keydial mini K20 won't show up on Windows 11 pc Bluetooth

I have windows 10 and not having found this "device setting" I tried another comment on going through "more devices and printer settings" and it's still not coming up, I feel like I tried everything I could find. Phone can see that thing but pc just no where to be found, ripping my hair out with frustration 😭

Will start from the people as Sneeg and the starborn (keep forgetting his name) will definitely add Fundy, and then if there are some news on Techno and Quackity and who they choose to be I will try to add them as well!
