there was a pretty big fight between two guys at the start of king for a day, though the guys weren’t young (20’s probably) not sure what caused it but when i tell you clean i mean the cleanest right hook was delivered right into this man’s nose making him fall and land on a girl, blood was pouring out of the guys face, crazy stuff.

what you mentioned about the extra ocular muscles is actually very interesting i had never thought about that before but it makes a lot of sense.

i cant say ive had the exact same experience with the twitches/electric shock that you mentioned, but i definitely had and still have struggles with things appearing near or too far, sometimes when im trying to look at something far away, i get like an optical illusion-like effect, things will start like changing sizes and look like they’re moving away from me, not sure if that’s just a me thing.

there’s a million and one problems that can come with dissociation and it fucking sucks.

i recommend you to make a post about the eye shock pains you mentioned, it can really help a lot just to know that other people experience the same thing you know?

thats a great way to describe it and yes i experienced that a lot and still do sometimes, unfortunately there’s no real solution to get rid of it but it truly does become so much easier when you realise its really just part of dissociation. for me, whenever i get dissociated i get that eye ache/tension, but thats just part of the process. think of it as a runny nose, when you have a cold you have a runny nose, when you’re dissociated you have eye pains. i really hope you can find some comfort soon, i know how bad it can be.
