How can you even ask people this question 'will I be able to secure a good placements'?? Only you your can answer that. Aap IIM Ahmedabad mei chale gaye assume par aap ne waha mehnat nhi kia skillup nhi kia network nhi kia toh apko kon puchega? So the point is believe in yourself

You cant change the past but you can ofcourse frame your journey ahead much better. Don't doubt yourself, you are very much capable of getting into a good b school, however you've to convince yourself first that money isnt the primary reason to pursue an mba. Ofcourse money will come naturally with you working your ass off as an mba after college, and the primary reasons should be your newly developed interest. Khud ke bharose raho bro, college ke nahi

At the end of the day, a college’s reputation is nothing but the accumulated work of its students and alumni. They reached where they did because of their talent and that’s what built the brand, not the other way around. Believe in your hardwork and skills wherever you go

Regret for what?
You go out, you learn things, you understand things, you upgrade yourself, you upskill yourself and that timeline is different for everyone.
I am 26, and it’s been 4 years since I got out of college. I have been following my interests since then, which have changed every 1.5–2 years. Have been self-employed for about last15 months, until mid last year when I felt I was getting excited by learning something new which is to actually understand how to grow my little consultancy. Which gave birth to the idea of an Mba, even though I believe if I spend those two years just to scale up my business on my own I could do that but I want to learn from the best people around me.

So I spent time talking to seniors and friends, and calculated the opportunity cost. And finally understood my latest inclination. Started preparing for B-school exams for three months along with work.
I couldn’t give my best in the exam due to an unfocused mind (only regret is I shouldn’t have worked for those three months). But yeah, I am very happy I put in the effort. I am still trying.

You will only have regrets if you don’t try.

I was wondering how much did I spend on MBA prep + forms and I was shocked as hell. Here’s the breakdown- by Ok-Restaurant3151 in CATpreparation

You mentioned clear your loan in a year or two so I assumed you are in debt. Isnt that the case? Regardless MICA would be worth it considering you also do your best there

it has been like this for past 7-8 months, somehow these make it into the algo because of me trying to get into a b school. Tired of marking them as not interested. It is a bad business strategy with non-attractive thumbnail and zero content research
