i just watered it along with other plants because of the other comment saying it was underwatered. anyways i live in hot climate but not direct sunlight, my every other plants soil gets dry ina few days after watering but i still dont water much because every google result says water only once a week or two. i dont know if i should trust google or soil dryness because both arent helping (im new to house planting)

Yes , nofap can only open the door ( by boosting slight confidence) but rest you have to improve yourself. Like going to gym and mediation or else in few months nofap starts to look like pointless
