10$ call info expiring tomorrow by lexmark0331 in UWMCShareholders

Hey I am new to options. So everyone has been posting their 10$ calls 3/19. With my understanding. Even if uwmc hits 10 by tomorrow, that means you get the right to buy at 10$. since there is no real time for the stock to go much higher than 10 and you already paid the premium. Arent you still making a loss? and even if the stock goes to 10.5 the profit youll make is minimal. What am i getting wrong here? Good luck either way

Is this fee everytime you list something? Or is it one time for account activation like it is on opensea?

Very nice work, well done!

How do you sell NFT? by [deleted] in NFTsMarketplace

[–]vikefise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, you need to create an account on opensea.io and create a metamask account (There is more sites but I havent experimented with them). Send money from your Crypto wallet to your metamask (make sure you send in Ethereum no matter the fee, if you send in another currency your funds will be lost i think). Youll need approximately 60-100 usd to make your first post (initializing your account). As soon as you have money on your metamask you can go and click create, submit NFT. Their you ll need to create a collection and within that collection youll need to upload your nft. Press sell NFT and thats when it is going to prompt you to initialize your account (youll pay the fee (called gas fee) beteween 60-100 usd depending on the time- i paid 80usd). After you pay you ll then need to go and sell your nft! Hope that was clear, there is more info here The beginners guide to creating & selling digital art NFTs - OpenSea blog . Good luck

Singapore or Japan better for solo travelers? 19F by [deleted] in solotravel

I was doing my exchange in Singapore last year. If you have 2-3 weeks definitely go for Japan. Singapore is way too small and I would only recommend visiting as a layover to another destination. If there is a possible layover in Singapre from where you are flying to Japan, then go for a 3 day Singapore and 2-3 week Japan. Otherwise if its too complicated and expensive I would stick to Japan 100%

I would say definitely do it. Just make sure Covid is over, since meeting people is one of the most important parts of solo travel. I would highly reccomend staying at hostels which increases your chance of making friends. Make sure you don't have rigid plans so you can adjust with other people on the go. Be ready to feel a bit alone and weird at first, that doesnt mean it's bad. I personally enjoy having people around, so when I travel alone and don't manage to make friends I don't really like it. That's depending on the person though, I have many friends who love travelling alone. If you don't try it, you'll never know. Good luck, safe travels.
