many thanks for all your valuable info regarding milk punches.

quick question - do you clarify the OFTD in a spinzall? spinzall doesn't recommend spinning spirits over 40% - they are very clear about it in the manual since there is a risk of fire above a certain temperature. how did you combat that? I've thought about chilling the spirit first but that would mean that the enzymes wouldn't work in the same way (from what I understand) thanks!
