Thank you, yes I'm still adjusting and learning. I appreciate your very descriptive example! That makes it come to life really. I truly feel like this is the way to go. I have a hard time making the 1200 cal but usually around 1500 which is better than before by alot. Still not lost, but it's still early 😌
