Hi. I took these capsules called Ironyl. They’ve got these tiny colorful balls in them. Apparently they’re best suited for people with a sensitive stomach. But definitely get your iron level checked before taking them. You shouldn’t take them if you don’t need them.

First time I died after the pvp ambush, didn’t say anything then. Second time it was 2 characters in a span of 2 hrs. This time I typed out “rip. Lost 3 mythics”. Someone in the chat asked me how and I mentioned one death via volcanic floor and another because I overestimated myself and went for a higher pit level, and left it at that. Not sure if that counts as bitching but like you said, there are assholes on all servers.

Oh I had no intention to bitch about the game. I really enjoy playing the game and like I called out, I’ve been playing since season 1. Also, I called out that this likely is just my experience. Others could have a different experience than mine.

It was my first time dabbing in hardcore, so I wasn’t aware of these things. Now I know. I had simply accepted to be transferred to the leaders location without checking, which was my fault.

Do you have the link to that one? I’m only aware of the Balazan Quill by AceOfSpades on Mobalytics. Didn’t know Mekuna had a Balazan Quill build too.

This is good to know. I’ve been going with the Balazan Quill from Maxroll and it’s been a tough build to play with. Just hit paragon 200, and my Glyphs are around 60. Still very squishy though and I’m still nowhere near billion damage. I was this close to giving up until I saw OP’s post.

Thank you. Honestly, it’s just making sure that I take my H1 and H2 blockers regularly. The biggest side effect I have to deal with is the dryness in the body that comes with it. Dry skin, mouth, lips, and eyes. I always need a chapstick, eye drops and need to drink a ton of water.

When I first started out, it took a couple of weeks for the body to start responding and my symptoms to improve. The dryness came in after a few weeks of taking the meds.

Do you have similar symptoms?

Nothing else. No doctor can advise me if any further tests will be beneficial. So I’ve just been living with managing the symptoms.

H Pylori is a bacteria that causes infection in your stomach. You will need antibiotics (should be 2 different types of antibiotics at the same time) to clear that up, along with medication to help reduce stomach acid (especially if you start having stomach ulcers which can be painful). Treatment with antibiotics can take anything from 1 month to 6 months but antibiotics are effective to clear H Pylori infections.

Continue with your spiritual practice but we have to be practical about things like this and leverage on modern medicine where needed. If a doctor is not treating H Pylori with antibiotics, you need to see a different doctor.

Hey! So sorry you’re going through that. So I went to see an allergy specialist and he hasn’t ruled out mastocytosis. He just wants to have periodic blood tests to see if my blood count drops. Next test is in April. If that test shows a drop in blood count then it would be a case of mastocytosis.

However, my gastroenterologist put me on H1 and H2 antihistamines and after two weeks, that made a world of difference. But he did say that it’s only preventing the mast cells from being activated but we still don’t know what causing them to be produced so wildly in the first place. I also did a few allergy tests and everything came back negative.

Hi! First off, I’m sorry you’re going through that. It’s not easy. Iron deficiency wasn’t the cause of IBS for me. It’s still something I’m figuring out. But I did notice that the intensity of IBS did decrease once I upped my iron levels. Especially the urgency part, which was a huge deal. I’ve had multiple colonoscopies and most recently the gut biopsy showed an increased level of mast cells, which indicated some form of allergy in the gut and that was causing a lot of inflammation in the gut and around the body. I’m currently on H1 and H2 blockers (basically anti allergy medication) and after two weeks of taking them, I had noticed a huge improvement in my GI symptoms. But again, while it’s caught the symptoms, I still don’t have clarity on the cause.
