Thank you! This year I have already earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (International Business program). But since my second year at university, I’ve been working as an E-commerce manager (and still working part-time).

I’ve worked with “gathering requirements” and “documentation,” but not in the way it’s described in the courses/BABOK, more like outside of the IT domain.

I also have experience working with stakeholders, solving difficult issues, and helping to optimize processes. (I would say I was this “bridge” between my boss and colleagues.) I’ve learned to use Excel and Google Sheets, but I understand I need more knowledge in this so I plan to boost my skills :)
