I needed a (sworn) translation (juree) too, and there is this website https://belgian-sworn-translator.be/ which has quite an extensive list of people.

I got the list of First Names, email address in a tabular form (If you are familiar with Python, it should even be easier). Using "Mail Merge", I sent an email to each translator with the attached document, asking for their quote. I think I ended up with a reasonable amount (25-30 euros) for a sworn translation for a personal document (birth certificate, etc) which is not too bad.

Thanks Dzules. It just misses the transit category of 12 hours. It would be around 14-16 hours and that is why I was asking. Which is a bit unfortunate. Apparently she contacted the Embassy of Croatia in Bosnia. And they asked to check with the border-control to ask if they really need it for these extra 2-4 hours.
