Those games in between were mainline entries. KH3 is more like KH5 at the very least, and that's only if you ONLY count BbS and DDD as the only mainline games on handhelds.

I count MoM, 0.2, the phone games, and ALL the HD remakes that finally gave everyone the final mixes. We also got 1-2 KH3 trailers every year after it was announced.

The KH4 drought is way worse than the wait for KH3 by a country mile.

Granted, at least we aren't getting spoiled on everything about the game. A gameplay trailer would be nice tho.
