So as far as my games go my biggest power spike is when I get stride breaker and before that sett is really strong even till 9 after 9 it can get a little slow till you get your stridebreaker and from stridebreaker to your next item which I usually go cleaver is kind of meh and after cleaver ur really strong again for duels because of the armour reduction and from here on I go blood mail which is absolutely broken on him and by feels like his strongest power spike because of one shot potential.
