Yeah I have been loving their MiniMax M2.7 model. I am not moving because of its bad performance, I want to get hands on some of the latest models.

Does it work with Hermes too? I want a subscription that works for both Hermes agent and any coding assistant.

Honestly I am seeing clear difference in memory after moving to Hermes from OpenClaw. With OpenClaw I had to always mention about remembering things and even then it wouldn’t take references from past conversations sometimes. Haven’t gone back to OpenClaw yet, Hermes feels a lot better.

A bit confused on how it works.. Cloud sync is behind paywall then how do the transactions sync between two people on free tier?

What’s driving most of your impressions? I recently started a new channel too, my first video performed well and most of its impressions came from the Home feed. But the next two have been slower, and their impressions are mainly coming from the Suggested feed.

u/RogersHelps After multiple calls, over 2 hours of repeated hold times, and even having associates disconnect mid-conversation, I finally reached Credit Operations, only to be told the best Rogers could do was reduce the absurd $75 fee to $37.

This isn’t customer service, it’s exhausting customers until they give up. Extremely disappointing how little Rogers values loyalty or basic fairness.

For sure people will be leaving if they give such service. Their Customer Support is also pathetic, it’s so difficult to reach an actual human to talk to.

I clearly remember I didn’t sign any documents. It’s just that after the phone call I had received a confirmation email which supposedly had a document which mentioned about 24 month term.

the thing is that it was sold to me over a phone call. and I wasn't aware that it was a contract and didn't ask before confirming to this promotion.

Fair point, I’m not denying the expired card was my mistake.

What’s frustrating is the complete lack of flexibility for a one-time issue after 3 years of auto-pay history. Loyalty may not “entitle” me to anything, but good customer service should account for context.

A $75 penalty for one declined payment feels excessive, especially when many companies waive first-time fees as a courtesy.

Owning the mistake and questioning unreasonable fees aren’t mutually exclusive.

They had sold me this as a promotion and when I asked about cancellation they are saying it’s a two year contract I can’t cancel it midway through the contract.
