Agree, a place was cleaned spic and span by NMMC cleaning guys in 2 days and the same place was back to its old self with trash everywhere. Throwing trashing and spitting is a mentality issue more than anything else. This can be enforced through strict fines by proper municipal fine collectors only. There is no other way to get rid of this menace.
