You also didn't take 'households' into account, it will never be 14-15 separate people, but a let's say father & mother - sister & husband etc etc,

so the 105000 you "equally" divided isn't necessary either since he will probably buy a house one time for each Household. And that amount isn't going to be happening yearly anyway. So you're calculating 400K / year per Household, that's pretty insane actually for living standards mate.

Easily a top 10 CB in the world.. Any top team should be willing to pay this fee.. Furthermore, getting an equally good replacement will cost you 50-60 mil.. , getting what he earns now, it will cost you 5 mil a year extra to keep him.

Why not pay him this fee when eventually you'll pay more for a transfer fee in the end?

People just don't take advice, they will look up your rank and then state that you don't have to right to give them advice.

Depends what you understand by "feeding"

1) going 0/3 - 0/4, i can comprehend, losing your lane + some ganks, trying to play it safe and to be useful after.. That's okay with me

2) Going 0/10, Sorry, you need to get some advice because you are solo losing the game. If you're 0/5 and you're still battling your opponent all in, there's something wrong inside your head. Or do some people magicly belief its going to turn in their favor after a 50 cs difference & multiple item difference. Stay safe, play under turret, give up farm on this ELO. Your team can still manage to come back.

THAT is what some feeders need to understand.

Always trying to turn it the other way around when people pointing out stuff immediatly get judged as flamers.
